If you are new to cord cutting the key to lifelong TV value is simple: master the basics to become an expert!  At StreamWise Solutions, formerly freeTVee, the goal of our training, post installation, is to make you comfortable with the idea of exploration.  By the time we leave your home you should be able to plop down on the couch and start watching TV.  You should also be comfortable with the idea of finding new sources of shows, movies and sports.  Even better, you should feel comfortable with instant cancellation of any services that have fees associated with them.

If you want to ditch a paid streaming service that gives you “cable” channels like ESPN, FOX News, HGTV, History Channel etc, then you should be able to ditch those quickly and easily.  For example, let’s say you are retired and decide to travel around the world for 4 months.  There is no sense paying for streaming services that you won’t use or can’t access internationally.  Then, when you come back from your fantastic trip, you can sign back up for your streaming provider. You can even try a free trial of a new one with the same channels and shows.

During the installation we will set you up with a free core package of channels. This includes all the major broadcasters which are available free with an HD antenna.  Then we will show you how to access any traditional cable channels you like.  The equipment we install has loads of incredible features but we can’t train you on all of them because there are so many.  Of course we will train you on the basic features. But more importantly we will make sure you are not afraid to explore new features and content sources. Knowing where to begin is the key to lifelong TV value.  Once we set you down the path you won’t believe the value you will find.
