Hi everyone! I have just completed my New Year's resolution of cutting cable TV out of my life for good. I believe them to all be disreputable as they raise your prices without notice, they play games when you call in to try to get them to reduce the bill and they eliminate channels you actually watch when reducing the price and then raise it back up in one month. At least that was my experience with Direct TV and Comcast. So I hired this company out of Lakewood called FreeTVEE to get me set up. I talked with them on the phone, told them what I wanted to do. I had done research so I kinda knew the direction I was going. They installed an antenna in my attic, put fire sticks on my TVs, I installed Sling TV and NetFlix and I've got everything I want to watch (and still a bunch more) but my savings are $130/month!! Won't take long to pay for the service. They were great!! So I wanted to recommend them in case you were looking for the same type of solution. FreeTVee.com. Check them out!
freeTVEE did such a great job improving out internet signal that I had them come back and run a second line from my HD antenna to our basement. Now I have a great HD signal and lots more free channels to choose from. Thanks again!
I want to thank StreamWise Solutions for their expertise and guidance in cutting cable TV and setting up a digital antenna. Their technician Juan did a superb installation – he actually went into our crawl space! Our picture quality is better than cable. And, they coached me on how to approach Xfinity/Comcast. We are saving over $100/month. I highly recommend their 5-star service!
I was extremely satisfied with the assistance from Brian at StreamWise Solutions in assisting me in converting from cable to an alternate form of TV and internet entertainment. After the initial start-up costs of about $750 dollars for labor and equipment, I now only pay $30 per month to T-Mobile for internet instead of $305 per month to Xfinity. All local channels are free with a small antenna on the roof and I have a Fire TV stick in my TV. Again, many thanks, Brian.
We cut the cord in 2013 with Brian and his team when there were were known as FreeTV. This past week we did significant changes and additions to our TV/Audio/Internet Mesh system and we had a remarkably similar, excellent experience. Juan was VERY expert, personable and efficient. He patiently explained how to use the equipment and felt like a good friend by the time he left the house. We don't upgrade equipment often, so getting the best installation and operating guidance were our top priorities.
The owner of StreamWise Solutions contacted me regarding my complaint and trouble with the equipment install. His response and assistance was extremely valuable and helpful. They are sending out a Tech this week to go through our system and make sure that everything is working properly. Their fast response and technical advice seems to have fixed most of the problems that I recently reported.
We have had StreamWise for 4 months, and love being able to save $70 per month. Today their tech had to stop by because 1 of our 3 TVs quit working properly. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and had the problem corrected in less than 10 minutes. He even shared a couple of new features that I did not know before, so it was a Double Win. This is a great company, and we made a great decision.
I have used StreamWise Solutions twice. First, to set up the roof antenna for free channels and streaming after dropping cable, then sometime later when the latest technology outpaced my firesticks and I needed new firetsticks and wifi upgrades. I have spoken to them twice since for specific questions, etc. They have always been helpful exceeding my expectations - I would highly recommend them.
