Juan arrived on time, was polite and respectful, knew everything about what he was doing (troubleshooting my antenna) I was getting a weak signal from NBC so he moved the antenna to a better spot. When he re-scanned my channels I picked up several new ones. He's a real pro, clean, experienced, super knowledgeable. Thanks Juan!
Hi everyone! I have just completed my New Year's resolution of cutting cable TV out of my life for good. I believe them to all be disreputable as they raise your prices without notice, they play games when you call in to try to get them to reduce the bill and they eliminate channels you actually watch when reducing the price and then raise it back up in one month. At least that was my experience with Direct TV and Comcast. So I hired this company out of Lakewood called FreeTVEE to get me set up. I talked with them on the phone, told them what I wanted to do. I had done research so I kinda knew the direction I was going. They installed an antenna in my attic, put fire sticks on my TVs, I installed Sling TV and NetFlix and I've got everything I want to watch (and still a bunch more) but my savings are $130/month!! Won't take long to pay for the service. They were great!! So I wanted to recommend them in case you were looking for the same type of solution. FreeTVee.com. Check them out!
We have had StreamWise for 4 months, and love being able to save $70 per month. Today their tech had to stop by because 1 of our 3 TVs quit working properly. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and had the problem corrected in less than 10 minutes. He even shared a couple of new features that I did not know before, so it was a Double Win. This is a great company, and we made a great decision.
terre rushtonI found Brian to be incredibly informative because we were unsure what we wanted/needed when we first talked to him . He walked us through every option and the pros and cons of each. And when Jorge can to install , we were very impressed. He was so knowledgable and efficient. Again, was able to troubleshoot some minor glitches with our internet, was good humored and patient with our lack of expertise, and spent a lot of time walking us through the setup and making sure we understood and could anticipate problems. It’s been two days, and I’ve manipulated everything without a problem. We highly recommend!
LEMI reached out to StreamWise because our 30+ year old OTA setup starting having issues and channels were no longer coming in. Brian was absolutely fantastic. He explained their process, fees, provided an approximate timing (how far out their schedule was) and also gave me details on Tablo since my TiVos are no longer being made and on their last legs.
My initial call was back in October and StreamWise was scheduling out in December at the time. I forgot to reach back out to Brian to get on the schedule, but he called me in December due to a cancellation and got me on the schedule right away.
Juan the installer came out and is truly amazing. He spent time with me, listened to what I wanted, trained me on the Tablo. Gave me fantastic feedback on my current mesh placement which boosted my WiFi speed. Juan collapsed and removed (2) giant antennas and installed a new small antenna. We kept our existing setup (antenna in attic), didn’t have to rerun any cable, were proactive by installing Tablo for when my TiVos completely fail and the best part is our OTA channels are more clear now with the new 4K 8K ULTRA HD antenna/amplifier.
Thank you again Brian & Juan for everything and teaching me.
I’ve already canceled multiple streaming platforms since my OTA channels are back and clearer than ever!
They know what they are talking about and will guide you how to quit throwing money away. I really appreciate the help I received that made it possible for me to cut the cord.
freeTVEE did such a great job improving out internet signal that I had them come back and run a second line from my HD antenna to our basement. Now I have a great HD signal and lots more free channels to choose from. Thanks again!

They first came out years ago to get us set up with a TV antenna, and just last week they helped replace a TV with a cracked screen. Brian was excellent - he talked me through the process and got everything scheduled quickly and smoothly. Juan came out to do the work and was professional, friendly, and efficient. We had been wanting to 'cut the cord' for a long time. How much we were paying to just watch TV was crazy. But we don't have the time, nor the will, to research all the different options and things available for streaming, DVR's and antennas. I had seen something on StreamWise Solutions so I looked them up. I told them what was important to me and they told me what we needed. And came and set everything up for us. The technician Juan, was great!! And the customer service was also great. We are very happy with everything! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.
