This is also why we’ll direct hardware support to those companies. Their websites provide the best way to search, troubleshoot common issues, and get access to their support contact info.
For internet service, we ensure you’re working with the best internet service provider for your home and help you get the most internet for your money without overspending for excess bandwidth.
For all StreamWise Solutions customers, we have documented common support issues and provide self-serve troubleshooting articles in our online Help Center – for free. These articles cover hardware equipment, internet service, WIFI issues, streaming services and much more. Leverage our wealth of knowledge on demand right from our Help Center. Should you need additional tech support, we charge a $99 service trip fee plus $99 per hour for labor.
