Since StreamWise Solutions is not a provider like Comcast Xfinity and is not charging you $200+ a month (SWS charges NO monthly rate), we can’t cover the high costs required to provide expert domestic phone, email and in person support.
We care about our customers, so we don’t want to pass you around the phone, send you to India or completely shut off our expert support and resources. However post COVID, providing excellent local customer service is very expensive. In order to continue providing the best, non biased, expert advice and support we have created a process with 2 options to help all of our thousands of customers in the quickest time frame possible.
Support Options
- Free Self Help – For all StreamWise Solutions customers, we have documented common support issues and provide self-serve 24/7 on demand troubleshooting articles in our online Help Center – for free. These articles cover hardware equipment, internet service, WIFI issues, streaming services, antenna and much more. Leverage our wealth of knowledge on demand 24/7 and open a Support Ticket right from our free Help Center. We have tracked SWS Support tickets for the last 13 years and have discovered that less than 1% of SWS Support tickets are from the hardware we installed going bad. Did you know that 95% of issues can be fixed by simply rebooting your devices? Too busy, not techy, or have an issue that is more complex? We offer ALL customers in person expert Support and charge 1x $149 trip fee plus a pro rated $149 an hour labor for all time onsite. See option #2 below for 1/2 off these in person Trip and Hourly Support fees, plus free email & phone support for the entire year too!

We are not a hardware manufacturer nor a TV or Internet service provider which is why our customers don’t pay StreamWise any monthly fees. We end-to-end guarantee our installation work for 30 days. However we do not offer ongoing phone and email support for free, providing expert local support is expensive…
