Amazon Fire Stick Sync
We just had a few calls that Amazon Fire Sticks are not updating a specific row of content. The solution is pretty simple. From your home screen, go to Settings > My Account > Sync Amazon Content.
Once you do this, please restart the Fire Stick by going to Settings > My Fire TV > Restart. This should fix the issues.
From our research it seems that something happened with Amazon services but these simple steps should fix the issues.
